The woke culture suggests we should not share our faith. I don't care.
The Bible uses the word "Wealth" a lot and its usually cited in a positive context.
From Abraham to Solomon, the Blessed were all very wealthy. That is how its supposed to be for you and me.
After co-signing a development project that failed, I had to rebuild everything.
Down to my last $20,000, I could not sleep thinking my wife Jenifer or baby Bianco wouldn't have food.
I remember the day I asked Jenifer to not spend any money - on anything. I asked her to start cleaning houses. With love, she put up a sign at the local gym and started cleaning houses.
I found someone doing something interesting in real estate and asked him to show me what he was doing. I copied it and within a couple of months earned forty thousand dollars.
This was the first time in nearly 2 years that I believed in myself again.
I repeated the process over and over again and started consistently making money. Word got out and a very wealthy person approached me and asked me to invest his money into my real estate deals.
The wealthy person was part of a family that was one of the first in Herbal Life. He got royalties of well over $50K per month - I know that because he constantly reminded me of it. His stipulation to working with me was that everything had to go through his family attorney.
His family attorney was not your average mom and pop law firm. They did both Tax and Legal for Ultra High Net Worth Families.
The family attorney showed me the SARA method. He explained to me the IRS codes and how they benefited people like his client. He showed me how we could 100% eliminate his client's taxable income by investing in real estate a specific way.
When he showed this to me, my head about popped off my shoulders. I was more excited than my dog when she smells burgers on the grill.
I implemented the SARA strategy for my client.
Within a year, my client wiped out most if not all of his taxable income - correction, I shouldn't say "wiped out" because technically that's not what happened but lets just say he will never pay income tax on it.
From the day I had my last $20,000 to the day I hit $1M was just short of 1 year - 100% glory to God. Thankfully, I had good tax efficiency training and I was able to reduce what would have been a $211,000 tax bill down to $23,000.
The SARA Strategy flat out works. It's why Political leaders on both sides of the aisles use it. You may have seen the headlines where Donald Trump didn't pay income taxes. Or perhaps you saw that Gov Jared Polis is also using tax codes to not pay taxes.
With the talk of inflation and recession looming, I want more people to have the SARA method at their fingertips. Its not complicated, its just that no schools or universities teach this. I guess that should not surprise us either since schools do not even teach life skills such as balancing a checkbook nor how to have an 800 credit score - they should!
Someday, I will change that. It's partly why my wife started the non profit, Home Invest Kids, where we educate the right way starting at age 6.
